Le Boterff is a traditional Breton farmhouse set in almost an acre of attractive gardens in a beautiful rural location with lovely views of the Breton countryside.  We are located on a country lane with virtually no passing traffic, but we are only a two minutes away from the village of St Mayeux.

As we are located at the heart of Brittany, we are ideally situated for exploring all areas of this beautiful and historic region.  The stunning Lac de Guerledan is approximately 10 minutes away where there are three sandy beaches, sailing and boating, lovely walks, cycle routes, cafés / restaurants, etc. 

The stone and granite longère adjacent to the Farmhouse has been beautifully renovated and converted to provide two spacious and comfortable self catering  Gites.

Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast

We have a large comfortable guest bedroom to sleep up to 3 people plus cot. The room is equipped with a King Size Double Bed and a Single Bed.  Facilities include a Private Shower Room (opposite the bedroom) with washbasin and WC, Tea and Coffee making facilities and Central Heating.  Continental Breakfast is included.

Self Catering Gites

The two gites are fully self contained.  They are spacious and comfortable and are equipped to a high standard.  "Rose" Gite has three bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.  "Chevrefeuille" (or "Honeysuckle") Gite has two bedrooms and can sleep up to 5 people.  Facilities include:

* Open plan living / dining area with wood burning stove
* French TV and UK Freesat TV with DVD player
* Free Wi-fi (subject to signal strength)
* CD / Radio player
* Sofa & armchairs
* Dining table & chairs
* Fully equipped kitchen area with fridge, microwave oven & dishwasher

* Outdoors are the lovely gardens with picnic tables & chairs for al-fresco meals
* Outdoor games, sun loungers and a BBQ all available free of charge
* A comprehensive file of leaflets and information regarding markets, shows, festivals, sightseeing and leisure activities.
* Washing machine (shared) and Tumble Dryer available.
* All bedding, bed linen and towels (not beach) are provided free of charge

* 15% Discount off mid and low season rates for couples in either Gite.

We aim to be as flexible as possible with arrival and departure days.
